Live automation labs

The scenario round of an automation interview, for real. Read the interviewer's brief, write the test in the editor, press Run and watch your code click through the app. Each scenario then checks the app state and your assertions to tell you whether your test really proves the requirement. Framework labs go further: build page objects, fixtures and data-driven suites from scratch, then download the project and run it with real Playwright.

✍️

Write real test code

Playwright-style TypeScript with getByRole, getByLabel, locators, auto-waiting and expect assertions. Framework labs give you a whole project: page objects, fixtures and tests across files.

Watch it run live

Every step is highlighted in the app as it happens, with a step log and clear failure messages.

Get verified

Hidden checks confirm the app ended in the right state and that you asserted what matters.

5 scenarios are free. Full access (₹999, one time) unlocks all 18, plus reference solutions in Playwright and Selenium Java. See pricing

SwagShop

A practice e-commerce demo store (Saucedemo-style). Login with test users, product sorting, cart and a three-step checkout with tax.

PeopleDesk HR

A practice HR management portal (OrangeHRM-style). Admin login, employee search, add and delete employees, apply for leave with date validation.

TrendKart

A practice fashion marketplace (Myntra-style). Search with a loading state, brand and price filters, sorting, size selection, bag, coupons and delivery fee.

Practising with your own framework

The practice apps are public pages, so you can also point a local Selenium, Playwright or Cypress project at them, for example https://interview.qatechlabs.com/sandbox/swagshop. They are built for automation practice. Please do not automate real shopping sites such as Myntra or Amazon: their terms forbid it and they block bots.
