Add an employee and find them in search

Interview scenario

"Create a new employee through PIM, then prove the record really exists by searching for it in the employee list. Use a unique name so the test can run again."

Acceptance criteria

1. Log in, open PIM and click Add.
2. Create an employee with a unique first name (for example with Date.now()) and a last name.
3. Assert the "Successfully Saved" toast.
4. Go back to the employee list, search by the name and assert exactly 1 record is found with that name.
